This translates into about 10 degrees less “twist” necessary to reach wide open. To put this into perspective, a 3% change is noticeable, so a 10% increase is a significant difference!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eCan I get by with a throttle tube or do I need a complete Throttle System?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMany Beta models have extra inner clearance inside the stock throttle housing, or controller. For these models, we can offer a quicker pull by simply increasing the size of the throttle tube’s pulley. While you’re sitting on the bike, push down on the grip as you turn. In addition, ball bearings require constant maintenance (unlike our ball bearing product called the Jimmy Twister), or the bearing will rust and seize up.
