If you're looking to go night riding look no further, our Baja Designs drop in replacement headlight kit is a major upgrade from stock and features a rugged design. This headlight kit was designed with ample adjustability, and features a significant amount of vertical and horizontal spread for ultimate trail coverage. This specific model utilizes our XL80 which produces 9500 lumens and features a 20 percent dimming feature. Installation on this kit is as easy as installing a factory headlight, we provide a plug and play connector and all necessary hardware. Baja Designs offers an industry first 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Limited Lifetime Warranty is included for the ultimate in purchase protection. This kit comes preinstalled into a factory KTM Headlight mask (20-On). LIGHTING ZONES/ LENS PATTERNS/ COLORS

Driving Combo
Maximum trail coverage in a single light. The Driving/Combo pattern is equipped with both Driving (42-degree) and spot (9-degree) optics to provide you with a smooth blend of light for both near field applications and distance.
Spot
A longer and narrower 9-degree beam focus for illumination further down the trail or road. The Spot pattern is designed to be used in conjunction with additional Wide Driving and/or Driving/Combo beam lights.
Wide Cornering
The Wide Driving pattern offers a 42-degree flattened horizontal beam for the ultimate in comfort lighting. This pattern is specifically for cornering, dust, snow, rain, and/or fog conditions.
Work/Scene
Excellent work light or “scene light” with an extremely smooth 120° circle that projects about 40ft. This pattern is not suitable for driving.
Trail
Designed to aid in both vertical and horizontal light spread. Provides more near and mid-field visibility in tight slower technical terrain. (S1 only)

Clear
The original performance lens. Our clear lens combined with our 5000k LEDs provides light most similar to daylight, reducing driver fatigue and increasing terrain recognition.
Baja Amber
This performance-driven lens is designed for off-road driving in challenging conditions like dust, rain, snow, or fog. The Baja Amber lens minimizes glare, enhancing visibility and significantly improving your driving experience.
Factory Amber
