The MOTORRAD magazine tested in their enduro tire test in issue 13/2019 our new ContiTrailAttack 3 in the dimensions 120/70 R 19 and 170/60 R 17 on a BMW R 1250 GS.

A: Width (120/80-19)

B: Aspect Ratio (120/80-19)
The height of the cross-sectional profile expressed as a % of the width of the tire
C: Rim Size (120/80-19)
The third number is the diameter of the wheel in inches.
