Punctured radiators end races. These guards are built to stop that from happening. They’re CNC machined from billet aluminum in our Truckee, CA shop. They have dramatically more side impact protection than other offerings, directional air flow and look damn sharp.
Why they’re different
- Side protection that keeps radiators straight. Most guards only cover the front. Ours wrap the sides too. When you flop your bike over like a beached whale off a 10ft splatter, its a tremendous amount of energy. That goes right through the shroud and can bend your radiator, even with the other rad guards out there.
- Frontal impact protection. A rigid aluminum structure takes the hit and largely stops and branches from puncturing a rad fin.
- Custom stainless mounting bolts. We machine the plastics mounting points from 17-4 PH stainless. No more stripped aluminum threads every time you pull the shrouds.
- Machined in-house. We design, program and cut every guard on our own CNC. Nothing is outsourced, and we control quality from bar stock to box.
- Anodized finish. Available in silver or black. Part markings go on before anodizing so the finish stays clean.

Install
Bolts on using the stock radiator mounts, don't even have to remove the shrouds.
