The G2 Billet Pro Throttle Housing is the strongest housing on the market! Replace that weak stock housing on your KTM/Husky/Gasgas!

We CNC machine each housing from aircraft grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum. This ensures it is far stronger than the stock cast aluminum! In addition, we add material to the top and lower portion of the 90 degree bend. This guarantees the strongest billet aluminum throttle housing possible!

This housing is available in SILVER, BLACK, ORANGE, RED or BLUE! After machining, each housing undergoes an intense polishing process followed by an acid wash cleaning. Finally, it is clear or color anodized with our logo is laser etched proving this housing is a genuine G2 product!

We don’t stop there!  For example, two Grade 5 (T6) titanium torx shoulder bolts with 8mm hex heads ensure light weight with a level of trickness that blows the competition away!  For sure, the G2 Billet Pro Throttle Housing for KTM housing is ready for competition – like all our products!
