SuperATV aims to fix that with their Heavy-Duty Ball Joints for the Honda Pioneer 1000 and 1000-5. We've made a ball joint that twice as strong as stock that will let you work hard and play harder for mile after mile.

How do we know our ball joints are monsters? We make them with 4340 chromoly steel that's been hardened with our proprietary heat treatment then zinc plated for maximum strength, longevity, and durability. We've tweaked and tested them in our R&D lab to get them just right.
But who cares? What that means is you don't have to worry about being light on the throttle when you navigate rough terrain, and your work days will no longer be interrupted by break-downs. They make your Pioneer 1000 more reliable day after day.
Greaseable - Serviceable
Think ball joints have to be wear parts? Think again. We put a grease fitting in our heavy-duty ball joint, so you can keep it running smoothly no matter what the job. We also made it adjustable with a convenient threaded cap, that way you can adjust the stud tension to your liking or disassemble completely for a deep clean. It's the strongest and most reliable ball joint we've ever made - the perfect match for your Honda Pioneer 1000.

Custom or special order items may take longer to process, anywhere from 3-14 business days.
Products with Shipping Notices:
You may find that some variants of products have backorder or extended shipping times attached. Upgrading to Expedited shipping options will not bypass these notices, and we advise contacting our team if you have questions or need clarification.
