Nihilo Concepts High Pressure 2.2 BAR Radiator Cap KTM/HUS/GAS

The Nihilo Concepts High Pressure 2.2 Bar Radiator Cap is a must-have for any KTM, Husqvarna, or GASGAS rider fighting heat — from a 50 SX on a tight track to a 350 XC-F deep in a hard enduro.

Your stock cap is rated at 1.8 Bar. The Nihilo cap is 2.2 Bar — about 20% more pressure, which buys you meaningful extra margin before the system starts pushing coolant out the overflow.

Here's why that matters. Most of the time it isn't the whole track that cooks your bike, it's one or two sections. The tight stuff that abuses the clutch, the deep sand that slows you down and kills airflow over the radiators. Clear those sections, get air moving again, and temps come right back down. The problem is that with the stock cap you've already dumped coolant on the ground by then — and now you're down on fluid for the rest of the moto. The Nihilo 2.2 cap holds that coolant in the radiator through the hot sections so you finish with a full system instead of a puddle behind you.

It's still a pressure relief cap. If something is genuinely wrong it will boil over and let you know — you're just getting the extra headroom that most factory race teams already run.

Fits exactly like the OEM cap with no modifications, and includes 12" of Flo Yellow overflow hose for that factory look.

Fitment

Replaces OEM radiator cap 72035016000 (1.8 bar). If your bike uses that part number, this cap fits — no modifications.
