The tie rods in this kit are made with 1" diameter solid steel bar that can take on big tires and bad terrain. But it's the tie rod ends that really make all the difference. You get outer heim joint tie rod ends and inner rebuildable ball and sockets that use 3/4" threads to attach to the rods. It makes your steering system's weakest point a whole lot stronger.
