Our now-iconic RS-12 Signature Series full system not only looks stunning on the TF250X but also delivers significant power gains across the entire spectrum. Riders can expect up to a 2.63% increase in horsepower at 11,600 rpm and torque improvements of up to 1.08% at 9,180 rpm.

Carbon Faced Machined Joint
Our new Carbon Faced Machined Joint no longer requires the use of anti-seize. This is accomplished by impregnating the surface of the stainless steel joint with carbon atoms. The result is a reduction in wear over the life of the joint by reducing friction.
- Aggressive, asymmetrical shaped RS-12 profile maximizes muffler volume, manages sound, adds power and provides more clearance for tire and brake caliper.
- RS-12 systems utilize precision machined joints.
- Works-look matte carbon fiber end cap with intricate details.
- New carbon fiber cap eases servicing as compared to other sandwich mounting designs most commonly found in the industry.
